I have been in business for more than 5 years now, and it was about time to change things up around here.

I still remember the day I clicked on PUBLISH for the first time to launch my first website with lots of butterflies in the stomach. It was like putting my heart out into the whole world and it felt very vulnerable but I was ready to take on the world.

Except nothing happened… Setting up a Facebook account, designing a website, deciding on a logo was all pretty nice but it didn’t bring a full line of clients. You have to roll up your sleeves and dig deep into marketing and SEO strategies (still a work in progress), gain trust, build a community, stay confident even when doors are slapping into your face or when you only hear crickets for weeeeeks...

But all those self doubts, bumps and mistakes made my business stronger.

When I first started out as a photographer, I had a toddler on my lap and a cropped censor camera in hands. I felt like I wasn’t worthy of calling myself a photographer. I struggled to find my style but thanks to trustful friends who let me practice on them, and a handful of generous clients, my business grew organically. I developed MY style, my unique way of photographing families that speak to my heart. And yours.

One of the main goals for this website was to put you front and center.

This website is the place where you will find inspiration from other families because parenting is F* hard and we are all in this together, hoping for the best for our kids.

Family life is filled with much more than curated “happy moments”. I want to preserve the whole gamut of emotions, the normalcy of your everyday and ditch perfection. Is there such a thing anyway? The perfectly aligned, matching outfits, and static poses are soooo 2010! Let’s be authentic with images that show how it feels.

Yay to showing up the way you are, because you are beautiful, your love is contagious, your mundane is magical, your mess is photogenic!

This new website also reflects how Juliette Fradin Photography has evolved over the years with a clean, sleek and thoughtful aesthetic. I wanted to shed light on my green practices as a small business: by choosing me as your photographer, you make the planet greener by planting trees!

I have increased my pricing slightly (after 5 years of status quo) and moved to Session Fees + Collections. I value my work and respect the energy (and money) you put into preserving your memories, that’s why all sessions come with meaningful + eco-friendly products that you will adore forever AND all the digital files (because sharing is caring)

I am also passionate about helping other small businesses by creating beautiful imagery tailored to their needs. It goes from the not so formal headshots to branding with pictures you can use on social media, your website, your newsletter, ads. This is perfect for yoga studios, creative businesses, brick and mortar shops, restaurants, if you own an airbnb, or have products to showcase… Contact me and let’s make it happen!

Travel fees are required if you live more than 20 miles from 20781.
